Testimonials

I have worked with dozens of realtors around the country. Maricruz and Andres are the best people you could have working with you. They're detailed, knowledgeable, responsive and just get things done timely and correctly. I wish they were licensed in every US city. Highly recommend using them for your real estate needs.

Working with Maricruz to buy our home in Tampa was an absolute pleasure. Her sense of urgency, ability to connect with the seller's team and tactful negotiating helped us put together the strongest offer for our dream home. Hands down would work with this team a million times over

Maricruz is the best, she was always helpful and trying to get us the best deal i will recommend for sure!!

My husband and I worked with Andres and his team with selling our home and hands down, they are the best!!!! They communicated and listened to our request. We recommend giving them a try.

Maricruz and her Team knocked the sale of my home out of the park! In the middle of a changing market they knew the right pricing and marketing strategies to use and sold my home quickly and for an amount I was happy with. Moreover, they were there every step of the way, even making sure that the appraiser took the correct neighborhood comparables into consideration and that the buyer’s agent didn’t take advantage of their inspection period. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a hardworking and diligent agent!

Very professionals.

What an amazing team! They are compassionate, hard working and caring. I was a 1st time home buyer in the crazy market and they held my hand the through the whole process. Answered any question, helped me every step of the way. They listened to what i was looking for and ALWAYS had my best interest in mind. They are the guardian angels of real estate and made my dreams come true. I now consider them friends for life. Thank you Maricruz and Andres for everything. From our 1st conversation, showing, offer and all things in between ....Couldn't of done it without you!

Maricruz has sold two of my neighbours homes recently. She is thorough, professional and got the job done quickly. I was in the best hands. Maricruz has her finger on the pulse of this market, and easily handled anything that came our way. I’m so happy I found her, would recommend her, and I will use her professional service again if I come back to Florida.

My wife and I worked mainly with Maricruz Medina, and she was amazing. She helped us sell our house and buy a new home, and we were happy with the whole process. Maricruz is incredibly professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.
